We are looking for an experienced Master Electrician with Trainer Certificate (m/f/d) for our location in Gräfenhainichen, starting immediately. The role can also be performed hybrid by arrangement.
Your Tasks:
- Professional supervision and guidance of apprentices in the electrical field
- Delivery of practical and theoretical training content
- Planning, organizing and accompanying in-house training
- Supporting apprentices in exam preparation
- Monitoring and documenting training progress
- Participation in electrical installation and project work
- Collaboration with management, project leadership and skilled staff
Your Profile:
- Completed qualification as Master Electrician or comparable qualification in electrical engineering
- Trainer certificate (AEVO) required
- Experience working with apprentices
- Solid knowledge of electrical installation / electrical engineering
- Independent, structured and reliable way of working
- Communication skills, sense of responsibility and pedagogical skill
- Good German language skills, written and spoken
